How many times do you use a towel before washing?
Washing towels can be a pain, but you should definitely be washing them after every two or three uses. Think of all the bacteria and dead skin cells you transfer every time you dry your body! So do yourself a favour and throw a load of towels on before dinner at least twice a week. Alternatively, if you like your towels extra fluffy, bring your towels down to Rinse & Repeat and have a coffee date while you wait.

Tea towels or dish towels are a one use item and should be washed after every use. They are dirty, damp and touch dinnerware you eat off. Bras should be washed every three to six days in a mesh bag to protect the wire. Your boobs are actually pretty gross when they get sweaty and your bra holds all that bacteria. You should also switch the bra every other day to give the elastic a break. Bras are expensive so make sure you take care of them so they can last a long time.
How many times do I need to wash my pillow?
Yes your pillow needs washing not just the case and sheets you sleep on. You should do this every six months as they too soak up oils, dead skin, drool and sweat. Give the label a careful read before washing as pillows can be different but they should most likely need a cold wash and a low heat tumble dry.
How often do I need to wash my sheets?
Yes, the sad news is you will need to struggle putting on a fitted sheet once a week. Give them an extra wash if you are also feeling congested in the morning as sheets accumulate allergens overtime.
